As per Indian Laws, each team member is allowed 24 days(Holiday + Sick) leave in a year.
We inform all clients at the time of onboarding about the leave policy and we notify the client as soon as we know about a team member being on Sick leave, we keep the client informed as soon as we receive an update. If it is planned (holiday) leave then we inform the client well in advance. In case of any emergency/deadlines, a team leader or ‘floating’ team member will be available to step in.
Yes, first the team member receives approval from Automotive Outsourcing first of all and then the request goes to the client
All of the work for the initial few months is reviewed by a Team leader/Manager to ensure the quality deliverables. Once we have full confidence in all aspects then we gradually reduce the review time and then allow the team member to work independently, with feedback reviews set further apart.
- There is no access to the office premises without biometric logins.
- Each team member has to keep their mobile in the mobile locker away from the desks
- All of the computers are on the network server and controlled by a strict Firewall
- All of the external USB storage ports are disabled.
- All of the emails are restricted and cannot send emails outside of the domain permissions given to the team member.
- 2FA is used on all applications that have that ability
